Your mental health matters

Your Mental health is very important to us and we want you to be able to speak to one of our coaches if you are struggling with any form of mental health issues or concerns, Remember you are not alone!

Any issues that you speak to us about will be confidential unless we feel this is a serious safeguarding issue, in this instance we will inform you that we need to speak to someone else to report our concerns.

What to do if you are struggling:

Speak to someone you trust (a friend, coach, parent, carer, school teacher etc)

  • Limit your social media consumption (the pressure of social media can be detrimental to our mental health)

  • Stay active, mentally and physically (if possible)

  • Don’t be afraid to ask for help

Here are some web pages to get some information from in case you are struggling and feel unable to speak out yet.
